Meet Daniel Baker
Founder & Managing Principal
For over a decade, Daniel Baker has been actively buying, renovating, and managing residential real estate in the Chicagoland area.
Daniel began his real estate journey in 2013 by purchasing, rehabbing, and refinancing condominiums and apartment buildings across Chicago’s North Side. Over time, he took on hands-on roles as both a general contractor and property manager, gaining direct experience across every stage of property ownership, from acquisition and renovation to leasing and long-term management.
This hands-on background gives Daniel a practical understanding of how property management should support asset stability, operational efficiency, and long-term investment value. Rather than managing from a distance, his approach is rooted in real-world execution and informed decision-making.
