Daniel Baker
Founder of Teton Properties
Daniel Baker has been investing in, renovating, and managing residential real estate in the Chicagoland area since 2013. His experience began with purchasing, rehabbing, and refinancing condominiums and apartment buildings across Chicago's North Side and expanded into hands-on work as both a general contractor and property manager.
That combination of ownership, construction, and property management experience shapes how Teton Properties approaches rental operations today—from leasing and maintenance coordination to owner communication and long-term property oversight.
