Daniel is the Founder and Managing Principal of Teton Properties, bringing over a decade of hands-on real estate experience in the Chicagoland market. His journey into real estate began in 2013, when he started purchasing, rehabilitating, and refinancing condominiums and apartment buildings on Chicago’s North Side.
Over the years, Daniel has personally acted as both general contractor and property manager on numerous multifamily projects, giving him a deep, practical understanding of asset stabilization, renovation workflows, and long-term property performance. This ground-level experience allows him to approach property management not just from an operational perspective, but from an investor’s point of view.
Daniel has also built and led a trusted network of experienced brokers, contractors, and skilled tradespeople, enabling Teton Properties to deliver reliable, consistent results across diverse property types.
His philosophy is rooted in the belief that a property manager should serve as a long-term partner and trusted advisor to property owners. Daniel believes that integrity, hard work, and reputation are the foundation of sustainable success.
